Senior Systems Engineer
Richard started his career in the U.S. Navy. He then worked for Lockheed Martin supporting our Special Forces in San Diego. In 2006 he took a contract in Santa Monica California where he was the IT Manager for Shutters on the Beach. Upon that contract expiration he went full on into the consulting world and worked his way through creating his own company on November 13th, 2012. This is when "Solution Syndicate LLC" was founded. Richard specializes in networks and security.

Nathan Curry
Senior Systems Engineer
Nathan "Nate" Curry is a Unix, Linux, and Windows Guru. He worked with Richard in the United States Navy where they both ran the networks aboard the USS Kitty Hawk. Nathan has over 20 years experience in the IT Field.
Jayson Truong is a Senior Technician with Solution Syndicate, bringing a practical, solution-focused approach to business IT support. With experience in technical solutions, client service, and business technology environments, Jayson helps clients resolve issues quickly, maintain reliable systems, and support day-to-day operations with professionalism and attention to detail. As part of the Solution Syndicate team, he contributes to our white-glove support model by helping businesses stay productive, secure, and operational.
Adrian Harper
Senior Systems Engineer
Adrian is expert MCSE (Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer), who has had years of experience with Servers and networks. He understands networks ranging from the SMB level to Enterprise. He is a windows "master" or as we like to call him "the server whisperer".
